Our Advocacy

To reiterate our mission, we created this project in order to educate Filipino consumers to become more mindful about how they use their clothing, and to encourage small, sustainable actions to hope and inspire a shift towards more responsible fashion choices and disposal habits.

In the spirit of trying to make a change, below are a list of fashion brands that have started including eco-friendly policies that we encourage supporting.

Goals are to reduce its green house gas emissions by 63% and 0% by 2030 & Reduce impact on the earth for playing sports by reducing CO₂ emissions throughout the value chain.

Local Initiatives

Along side promoting these eco friendly brands, we would also like to introduce several local government initiatives that are finding solutions everyday to make the world more sustainable.

Kilos/Kyusi

Kilos/Kyusi is a Quezon City based initiative that works on making a circular fashion environment through donating, reselling, and reusing clothes.

TexRev

TexRev is a program made by the Department of Science and Technology Philippine Textile Research Institute in collaboration with BAYO Manila Inc. to turn textile waste into usable yarn and thread.

Wear Forward

Provides a service through a circular fashion marketplace where users can manage, share, buy, and source preloved, sustainable, upcycled, and refashioned clothes and other textiles and avail fashion and refashion services.

QC Textile Circulatory Hub

QC Textile Circulatory Hub is created through the QC Textile and Circulatory Program that aims to manage textile waste using a city wide circular system.
